Fasting Days

8/14 Day 1 - I fasted 18 hours. I broke my fast with homemade cheese dip and celery sticks. That's actually all I ate. And I had 6 tequila & sodas which so far don't seem to negatively impact my blood sugar. 

8/15 Day 2- My fasting blood sugar was down 26 points from yesterday morning's which is excellent. It was quite high yesterday after spending the prior 3 days drinking excessive beer and eating a lot of whatever.
